1. The website operating at www.futurefol.com hereinafter referred to as “futurefol.com”, operated by „NIEBIESKI OŁÓWEK Paweł Kąkolewski”, Street Ognikowa 35/2 ,62-052 Komorniki, VAT UE PL7773061208, REGON 368290085, BDO 000604134 hereinafter referred to as the “Offerer”. The Offerer may be contacted by telephone at + 48 514 875 510 on business days from: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or at e-mail address: info@futurefol.pl

2. A person submitting an inquiry at futurefol.com may be a natural person who is at least 18 years old on the date of inquiry (has reached the age of majority) or a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, hereinafter referred to as the “Inquirer”.

3. All goods offered on futurefol.com are new products.

4. An inquiry via futurefol.com can be submitted any day of the week, including public holidays, 24 hours a day. Exceptions are technical interruptions due to technical work or failures. In these situations, the submission of an inquiry will be blocked.

5. As a condition of submitting an inquiry via futurefol.com, you must provide the necessary data to complete the inquiry and read these Terms and Conditions.

6. By submitting an inquiry, the Inquirer agrees to the processing and use of the Inquirer’s personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the submitted inquiry in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2014 publications no. 1182). The bidder is obliged to protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The submitter of an inquiry has the possibility to review, update, correct and delete his personal data. Provision of personal data is voluntary, but without it it will not be possible to submit an inquiry.

8. Confirmation of the submission of an inquiry is the receipt of an email with a summary of the inquiry to the email inbox of the Inquirer.

9. Upon receipt of the request, the Offerer will proceed to prepare a bid as soon as possible.

10. The Offerer reserves the right not to respond to the inquiry for reasons of incorrect or incomplete completion of data. The Offerer may contact the Inquirer before responding to the inquiry by email or telephone to verify the data provided or to complete the information regarding the offer.

11. In case of inability to implement the response to the submitted inquiry, the Offerer reserves the right to withhold the response. The Offerer undertakes to notify the Inquirer of the situation, informing of the reason for withholding the sending of the offer.

12. The standard time for sending an offer is usually from a few to several tens of hours after the offer request arrives in the Offerer’s email inbox.

13. The Offerer reserves the right to change the prices of goods, introduce new ones, promotions, discount codes or block the submission of inquiries.

14. Each offer is time-limited and includes the exact date of its validity. The inquirer will be informed until when the sent offer is valid.

16. The Offerer reserves the right to amend the regulations.

17. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the law, including the Civil Code and the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, shall apply.
